Treatment Philosophy

My mission is to provide high quality and specialized physical therapy services with an emphasis on looking at the body as a whole and trying to find the CAUSE of your injury, mobility/strength limitations, or pain to help not only treat your involved area, but also find the driver or cause of what brought you to physical therapy.

I like to emphasize that you do NOT need to be in pain to see a physical therapist. Although pain tends to be the reason patients reach out to me, I love to teach and educate my patients about their own body so they can help maintain gains made in physical therapy and have a better idea of how to reduce risk of injury/pain in the future. Essentially, I want to make myself obsolete! Great business model right? In all honesty, I love when patients “graduate” from physical therapy because that means I have done my job. I often see patients for follow ups for maintenance, when they have questions, or another ailment/injury arises. Ideally I aim to provide my patients with the tools and education they need to be successful taking care of their own health and empower them.

Rehab/recovery from injury is the most common, but prehab and preventative care is just as important! Physical therapists can help with correcting/addressing imbalances in the body, increasing mobility and strength, and educate on the kinetic chain and how things are connected to better help you understand your body.

  • Physical Therapy is my passion and I love what I do. The body is like a human puzzle to me and I enjoy helping my patients solve their unique puzzle to help better understand where their pain is stemming from, or how to prevent injuries from occurring or re-occurring.
