Mobile Physical Therapy

1:1 individualized and specific evaluation/treatment from a skilled physical therapist in the comfort of your home or remote site.

Provide treatment as able with time provided and as PT deems necessary

What to expect: FOLLOW UP
75 min with skilled physical therapist (1:1)
Reassessment and discuss progress/HEP
Provide treatment/services as PT deems necessary (you are ALWAYS part of the discussion in finding what will best serve you)

It is best to use Chrome. It is not recommended to use Firefox. Safari is acceptable, but it tends to be slower than Chrome.
Find a space where you can move and perform/interact with the therapist as needed. Depending on what you are focusing on with the PT, the space needed can vary.

Not at all! To ensure proper practice and abide by CA state laws, you can reach out to me to see if the space you would like to use is appropriate/eligible for mobile services. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

No they are not. Per HIPPA compliance they are not recorded and treatment is streamed via the Jane App.
Once you formally schedule your appointment more information will be provided.

Common Injuries I Treat/Reasons to Seek out Felix Physical Therapy
I treat the whole body and work closely with your doctors/referring provider to ensure the best possible outcomes with your consent
Fractures, Sprains, and Strains
Trauma or overuse injury leading to one of the above. I treat the whole body. Reach out to help determine if PT is the right step for you in your recovery.
Headaches/Jaw pain
TMJ dysfunctions or headaches. If you are recovering from a trauma please reach out to your MD to determine if you are ready for PT.
Strength and Conditioning
As a strength and conditioning specialist I can provide programs to help you attain your goals safely and reduce injury.
Radiculopathies/Nerve pain
If you are experiencing shooting pain into your extremities or other related pain, a thorough examination from a skilled PT can help you determine the source and provide the best treatment plan for you.
Post Operative Care
Please consult with surgeon to determine if you are ready for PT. This could include post operative orthopedic care or other surgeries that have impacted your functional strength, mobility, and or balance.
Return to Sport Programming/Education
Whether you are returning to sport from injury or getting back into sport after a long break and want to prevent injury or reinjury, physical therapy is a great place to start.
Tendinopathies/Overuse Injuries
Overuse injuries that may develop from work, sport, poor ergonomics, etc. They can develop as a compensation from other areas of your body not working optimally. A thorough examination can help determine the source. Common areas: lateral or medial epicondylagia (tennis and golfer’s elbow), achilles tendinopathy, patellar tendinopathy (jumper’s knee).
Pain
This can refer to both chronic and or acute pain. Whether you recently just had an injury and dealing with acute inflammatory pain, or have long standing pain that you are having trouble determining the source of. PT can help determine the cause and help create a plan to help alleviate your pain.
EDS/Hypermobility Syndromes
I have worked closely with those with EDS and hypermobility syndromes for years. If you are struggling with determining how to help manage your EDS/hypermobility syndrome please reach out!

As a certified orthopedic manual therapist I can provide various treatments including: joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilization, IASTM, and various other techniques.

Specific and guided exercise programs to help target specific muscles/regions accurately and effectively without compensation or poor form.

Treating your nervous system to help retrain motor patterns to maintain gains in physical therapy. This can also include: balance training, taping, and other techniques to help promote proper body positions and loading patterns to reduce injury or pain.

With my Medical Level 2 certification from TPI I can provide screens/assessments to help target areas of your body that would benefit from physical therapy to improve the efficiency of your swing, reduce risk of injury, reduce pain, or help promote more effective movement patterns to access more power/strength in your swing.
